Shipping Policy

1.1 Domestic Shipping
We proudly offer shipping services to all governorates across Egypt through our trusted partner, Infinity Courier Service.

1.2 International Shipping
Currently, Trojan Stores only ships to addresses within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping.

2.1 Processing Hours
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during our standard business hours (Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed on the same business day.

2.2 Processing Timeline
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. This does not include weekends (Friday and Saturday) or public holidays.

3.1 Standard Shipping (Cairo & Giza)

  • Delivery Time: 24-48 hours after processing

  • Standard Fee: 70 EGP

3.2 Standard Shipping (Other Governorates)

  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days after processing

  • Standard Fee: Starting from 100 EGP

3.3 Heavy or Oversized Items
For heavy, bulky, or oversized items, shipping fees will be calculated individually by our support team after order placement. We will contact you with the exact shipping cost before processing your order.

3.4 Express Delivery Options
While we don’t offer standard express shipping, special arrangements may be possible for urgent deliveries. Please contact our support team at orders@trojanstores.com before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options and associated costs.

4.1 Standard Shipping Rates

  • Cairo & Giza: 70 EGP

  • Other Governorates: Starting from 100 EPG (exact rate confirmed before shipment)

4.2 Heavy Item Surcharge
Items exceeding standard size/weight dimensions may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated and approved by you before order processing.

4.3 Payment
Shipping fees are added to your order total and must be paid before order processing begins.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • A tracking number from Infinity Courier Service

  • A link to track your package

  • Contact information for delivery coordination

6.1 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery fees will apply based on the new location’s distance from the original address.

6.2 Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your package, our courier will:

  • Attempt delivery on the next business day

  • Leave a notification with contact information

  • Hold the package at the local depot for 3 business days

6.3 Package Inspection
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery:

  • If the packaging appears severely damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately

  • If the item inside is damaged, please refer to our Return Policy

  • Minor packaging damage that doesn’t affect the product does not qualify for return

7.1 Lost Packages
If Infinity Courier Service loses your package, we will initiate a trace immediately and either:

  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a full refund including shipping fees

7.2 Delivery Delays
While we provide estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Public holidays

We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your delivery.

7.3 High-Value Orders
For orders exceeding 10,000 EGP, we require:

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Optional: Arrange for delivery confirmation via photo (contact support to request)

  • Optional: Scheduled delivery appointment

For any special shipping requirements, including:

  • Expedited delivery requests

  • Large or heavy item shipping quotes

  • Delivery instructions

  • Address modifications
